The Smithville Railway Station, built about 1903, is the only remaining Canadian Pacific Station of its type. Of frame construction, it features a circular turret, large sunrise windows and smaller windows of cut and leaded glass.  Much of the interior woodwork and furnishings is original. The station has been described as “certainly the most whimsical ever built by the T.H. & B. Co.”
