Built as a state of the art facility for wine making, the Jackson-Triggs Winery serves as a post-modern interpretation of traditional farm buildings. The design emphasizes the natural and technical process of wine making, with exterior views of the surrounding vineyards and the breathtaking Niagara Escarpment.
